Designed to streamline the manual espresso process, the 49 Pro features a 49mm portafilter and a unique all-manual design that requires no electrical connection to pressurize your puck for espresso. Simply dose and tamp into the portafilter, add boiled water, and pull down on the lever to brew. The long T-handle lever design provides leverage to pressurize the group, while the pressure gauge shows you when you’re in the espresso brewing range. The all-stainless steel brew cylinder holds up to 90ml of water, and shot volumes can range up to 50ml. Includes both pressurized and unpressurized baskets.
